These Petits Sablés are handcrafted by La Sablésienne's pastry chefs using the family recipe that has been handed down through the generations since 1670 in Sablé in the west of France. These French biscuits are made using the finest local ingredients with real butter and free-range eggs and are free from colours, preservatives and additives.

At La Sablésienne, cookies are still baked on metal plates and picked by hand as they were more than 50 years ago.
